Biofeedback is how you can learn to control your body's heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, and skin temperature. These are not normally under your control. It is very helpful in managing stress and stress-related conditions like high blood pressure, tension and migraine headaches, anxiety, depression, insomnia and chronic pain.
